9. Pricing and Payment

Current session prices (including VAT where applicable) are:

• Rhythm Discovery Session (60 minutes): £75
• Routine Design Workshop (90 minutes): £110
• Rhythm Review & Refine (45 minutes): £55

Prices are confirmed in writing before you pay. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.

10. Coaching Sessions

When you book a coaching session through this website, you enter into a contract with Vitaexpel governed by these Terms. Sessions are delivered online or by arrangement. All coaching content is educational and informational in nature. You must be at least 18 years old to book a session.

11. Consumer Rights (UK)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK law. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If our service does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or price reduction. For distance contracts, you may have a 14-day right to cancel where applicable. Contact us for cancellation requests and any applicable exceptions where performance has begun with your consent.
